After 6 years as an Account Manager working mostly on construction and industrial accounts in Gauteng, it was time for a change of approach.
Concept operates as a professional Client Service company specialising in the management of communication and marketing projects for our clients across a broad range of industries.
Our focus is on in-house graphic design, copywriting and editing, and full production services to ensure that every customer requirement is carried out to their complete satisfaction.
In addition to the above services, we like a challenge and will set out to find the needle in the haystack so to speak, if that’s what you need. There is always someone out there who can make it or find it. And we can find them.
The CONCEPT team is small, but we have structured our own resources in such a way that we offer our clients the specific service they require at the time. We work closely with a team of strategic partners, each offering specialised services, who are brought on board to undertake individual projects or aspects of large ones.
We consider ourselves a resource to our clients, and as such develop a working knowledge and understanding of their business in order to add value to the communication and marketing projects we undertake on their behalf.
Our position is simple. We are outsourced communication arm. Our job is to interpret your marketing and communication objectives, provide the resources to achieve them, and manage the process from start to finish so that you can focus on your core business.
